Chef de Partie
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team within our brasserie.
As our Chef de Partie you will work across all areas of the kitchen and have the ability work alongside our other chefs at all times.
Your duties within this role include;
- Meeting food safety and cleaning standards
- Fresh food preparation
- Compliance understanding and control
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
- Preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues
- Full awareness of all menu items, recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Carry out any other duties as required by management
The brasserie is open daily and we operate from breakfast through to the evening.
